Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We offer shipping within Canada using Canada post [UNTRACKED Letter Mail]
- Estimate Delivery: 5-12 business days 
- Flat Rate $5 CAD
- Customers should expect possible delays 

Upgraded shipping within Canada using ChitChats [TRACKED Package]
- Estimate Delivery: 3-9 business days 
- Flat Rate $12 CAD

Canadian orders with bows and/or make-up bags [TRACKED Package]
- Estimate Delivery: 3-9 business days
- Flat rate: $17 CAD

Local Pickup
- We offer local YQR pick up at Evolution Raw Pet Food 

United States Shipping
We currently ship to the U.S.
- TRACKED package 
- Orders with carabiner clips or metal charms will be charged a flat rate shipping of $15USD. Tariffs is included in shipping pricing. 
- Orders without carabiner clips or metal charms will be charged a flat rate shipping of $10USD.

International Shipping
Honey Pooch Co. is shipping worldwide! 
Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
- Please note: These fees are determined by your local customs authority
- Honey Pooch Co does not control or set these charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Honey Pooch Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur and it is our of our control due to high order volumes, postal service issues, or customs processing times. 

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at honeypoochco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can try to help resolve the issue.
